Vadim Sigal, Esq. is the founder and lead counsel of The Sigal Law Firm where he specializes in Bankruptcy & Debt Resolution, Business & Corporate Responsibility, Collections, Contract, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, and Real Estate Transactions. Mr. Sigal graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He received his Law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in Business Transactions.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Sigal interned for one of Michigan’s top Bankruptcy firms, where he focused on consumer bankruptcy law, financial counseling, financial crisis management, debt management, loan modifications, foreclosures as well as practicing under attorneys in the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Sigal then worked as a trial attorney at The Litigation Associates Law Firm practicing in the areas of: Bankruptcy & Debt Resolution, Business & Corporate Responsibility, Collections, Contracts, Criminal Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Immigration, Personal Injury, and Real Estate.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sigal owned and operated a successful international import/export company. During that time, he engaged in large-scale international and domestic contract negotiations in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Having a business, science, and law background, Mr. Sigal proudly serves as General Legal Counsel to BEVAL Medical Equipment & Supplies, LLC. He negotiates, drafts, and reviews all local, state, and federal contracts, as well as provides legal assistance and advice with regards to all aspects of company operations.

Mr. Sigal’s professionalism and competence have allowed him to become a respected attorney by his colleagues and clients alike. He is equally skilled in litigating civil matters, criminal matters, and has experience in handling major, complex claims as well as less complex issues such as the drafting of legal documents.

Mr. Sigal is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan as well as The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Sigal is fluent in both the English and Russian languages.
